I am in the business of healing personal and generational trauma. My intention is to Expand, Activate, Elevate and Heal.

I have graduated from a survivor to a Thriver. It is my honor and privilege to share my experience, training, wisdom and magic. I have been training in Sacred Ancient wisdoms for over 20 years. Since a child I have been an empath, extrasensory, intuitive and had the ability to see auras. I am a retired empath now. My connection to the ancestors guide my every step and intention. I am a clear channel. My spiritual practice of light, love, breath work, yoga, meditation and energy work—has transformed my life and countless others in incomparable ways. I am a Reiki Master and have been healing with reiki for 10 years.

The universal life force energy is here for us and within us all— some of us need help awakening this energy. As a Queer Black woman I feel the need to activate myself and others to access this power and become so powerful—we can dismantle systemic racism and patriarchy.

It is my mission to help people deprogram negative belief systems—end self hatred, sabotage and call back all our power in soul retrieval. So many of us have no soft place to land and I wanna be that soft place for you. I became my own safe and sacred space. It has taken nights in Ceremony with Native American Chiefs— honoring all indigenous lands and rituals. Sitting with plant medicine and purging the darkness. Integrating all shattered pieces of my own trauma and transforming my life. I am a miracle—now I share with others how I healed my life.
